MSR Auto-Regulans Heetkabel

MSR est un câble chauffant auto-régulant léger, conçu pour fonctionner à basse température. Grâce à une technologie de formage utilisant un matériau thermiquement conducteur PTC, il intègre une couche chauffante semi-conductrice sensible à la température dans une structure parallèle de fils conducteurs. Chaque segment de câble ajuste indépendamment sa puissance calorifique en fonction de la température ambiante : la puissance augmente automatiquement en cas de froid et diminue lorsque l’environnement se réchauffe. Doté d’une protection thermique à boucle fermée, il évite tout surchauffage local, même en cas de pose en chevauchement. Aucun thermostat n’est requis pour un fonctionnement normal. Sa grande flexibilité de découpe permet un contrôle exceptionnel de la consommation énergétique.

Application

It is designed for freeze protection and basic temperature maintenance of small pipelines and vessels. Suitable for thermal insulation of small-bore pipes, miniature storage tanks, valves and flanges. It also handles de-icing and snow melting for building drainage parts and roof surfaces. Standard version fits ordinary industrial areas, while fluoropolymer jacket model applies to corrosive and explosive hazardous zones. Certified safe for drinking water contact, the dedicated water-resistant type can be installed inside water pipelines, widely used in domestic water supply and light industrial piping heating.
