MSR is a lightweight low-temperature self-regulating heating cable. Adopting forming technology with PTC thermally conductive material, it integrates temperature-sensitive semiconductive heating layer into parallel bus wire structure. Each cable segment independently adjusts heat output according to ambient temperature. Heating capacity rises automatically under low temperature and declines as surroundings warm up. Equipped with closed-loop temperature protection, it avoids local overheating even in overlapping layout. No thermostat is required for regular operation. Featuring flexible cutting performance, it achieves outstanding energy consumption control.

Application

It is designed for freeze protection and basic temperature maintenance of small pipelines and vessels. Suitable for thermal insulation of small-bore pipes, miniature storage tanks, valves and flanges. It also handles de-icing and snow melting for building drainage parts and roof surfaces. Standard version fits ordinary industrial areas, while fluoropolymer jacket model applies to corrosive and explosive hazardous zones. Certified safe for drinking water contact, the dedicated water-resistant type can be installed inside water pipelines, widely used in domestic water supply and light industrial piping heating.
