XBR is a high-performance self-regulating heating cable developed by Anhui Huanrui for high-temperature industrial heat tracing. It features a maximum maintenance temperature of 120°C and a maximum exposure temperature of 200°C. Adopting an all-fluoropolymer double-layer structure, both the inner insulation and outer jacket are made of high-performance fluorine materials. Combined with Huanrui’s proprietary multi-layer co-extrusion technology, it achieves an optimal balance of high-temperature stability, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance. The cable operates reliably at 120°C and can withstand short-term thermal shocks up to 200°C without softening, aging, or cracking. Suitable for both conventional high-temperature and partial extreme working conditions, it is a cost-effective and reliable mainstream solution for high-temperature heat tracing.

Application

XBR is designed for freeze protection, thermal insulation, temperature maintenance, and snow/ice melting in high-temperature process systems, industrial equipment, and outdoor facilities. It performs well under conventional high temperature, heavy corrosion, humidity, outdoor exposure, and explosive environments:

  • 120°C-grade process pipelines, tanks, valves, and flanges in chemical, petrochemical, and coal chemical industries;
  • Oil and gas transmission pipelines, wellhead equipment, and storage tank tracing;
  • Steam pipelines, condensate recovery systems, and high-temperature water pipes;
  • Snow and ice melting for roofs, gutters, downspouts, ramps, and roads;
  • High-temperature clean pipelines in food and pharmaceutical industries;
  • Humid, acidic, alkaline, and solvent-corrosive environments;
  • Explosive hazardous areas (Exe II C Gb T4 / Ext III C Db T4).
