DN20‑DN200 pipes, multiple maintain temperatures 0℃‑60℃ for fresh yeast, condensate, sodium chloride and other media. Huanrui RDC1, LSR, GBR, HM‑cable heating cables, total length 14,692 m, 43 circuits, total power 220 KW.

High‑temperature MI mineral‑insulated electric heat tracing for Tongwei high‑purity crystalline‑silicon green‑energy project. Applied for waste‑gas treatment, cold hydrogenation unit and trichlorosilane synthesis. Maintain temperature 90℃‑260℃ for silicon powder and silane gas. Huanrui MI heating cables, total length 27,180 m, 344 circuits, total power 1482.06 KW.

New‑built plant‑wide process pipeline heat tracing for Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical. DN25‑DN200 pipes, maintain temperature 10℃‑100℃ for water and chemical media. Huanrui DBR, ZBR, SSR heating cables, total length 114,500 m, 1580 circuits, total power 4367.5 KW for fine‑chemical and pharmaceutical‑intermediate production.

Plant‑wide pipeline electric heat tracing for Shandong Chambroad Petrochemical. Covering 30 KTPA special polyolefin project and 2.04 MTPA K‑COT propylene production project. Media includes domestic water, demineralized water, n‑Hexane, crude oil, asphalt, benzene and MBO. Huanrui LSR, ZBR, SSR, XBR, RDC1, RDP2 heating cables, total length 43,922 m, 620 circuits, total power 1263.7 KW.

Electric heat tracing for safety hazard remediation project of PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Xinghai Company. Conversion from diesel pipeline to marine fuel‑oil pipeline at Jinzhou Port No.5 Plant. DN250 / DN400 pipes, maintain temperature 70℃ for fuel‑oil medium. Huanrui RDC1 & RDP3 heating cables, total length 68,980 m, 20 circuits, total power 1036.2 KW.

Electric heat tracing project for electromechanical facilities and pipelines of Jilin Songyuan Petrochemical, applied in alkylation unit. DN100‑DN250 pipes, maintain temperature 40℃ for fresh acid, sulfuric acid and spent acid. Huanrui RDP2 heating cables, total length 6,500 m, 141 circuits, total power 195 KW.

Anhui Huanrui Heating Manufacturing Co., Ltd. undertook the electric heat tracing renovation project replacing steam tracing equipment in the gasification workshop of Sinochem Jilin Changshan Chemical. Covering aerospace unit, gasification workshop, urea workshop and flare stack, MI mineral-insulated heating cables and RDC1 heating cables were adopted. Total heating cable length reaches 31,699 meters, realizing multi-temperature maintenance for pipelines carrying coal gas, hydrogen, water, steam and urea for freeze protection & process heat preservation.
