Electric trace heating project for pipelines and equipment of Angang Steel Company Limited, covering all pipelines and equipment requiring freeze protection and temperature maintenance. Cable selection and configuration are customized according to process requirements and cable performance, adopting self-regulating and constant-wattage heating cables. Huanrui DBR series and RDP series heating cables are applied, total heating cable length reaches 465,000 meters for metallurgical plant thermal preservation.

Design and supply of electric trace heating system for newly-built 300,000 m³ POC type blast furnace gas holder EPC project of Shanxi Jingang Intelligent Manufacturing. Applied on 186m oil trough and 6 oil tanks with 0.6m-wide oil trough, maintained temperature at 5℃ for piston sealing oil. Huanrui MI mineral-insulated heating cables are used, total heating cable length 2,632 meters, 12 circuits, total power 80.5 KW to prevent sealing oil freezing for blast furnace gas storage.
