Pipe size DN15–DN100, maintained temperature 10℃ and 50℃ for urea solution, domestic water, wastewater, drain water and demineralized water. Huanrui DBR self-regulating heating cables are applied, total heating cable length 810 meters, 9 circuits, total power 23.47 KW, ensuring freeze protection and constant temperature delivery for thermal power desulfurization pipelines in Gobi region.

Electric trace heating procurement project for 4×660MW unit expansion of Guoneng Ningxia Zhongwei Power Generation Co., Ltd., covering Unit 3#,4#,5#,6#. Pipe specification Φ16 ~ DN450, maintained temperature 5℃ ~ 10℃ for water, steam and lime milk. Adopts Huanrui LSR and MI mineral-insulated heating cables, total heating cable length 33,206 meters, 540 circuits, total power 664.12 KW, meeting freeze protection requirements for multi-medium process pipelines of northwest thermal power plant.

Electric trace heating for urea hydrolysis ammonia production system of SCR denitrification unit for Henan Nengxin Thermal Power 2×350MW equal-capacity replacement thermal power project, EPC by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute. It serves thermal control system, water supply system, hydrolyzer skid, urea zone and SCR zone. Pipe specification Φ16 ~ DN450, maintained temperature 5℃ ~ 10℃ for water, steam and lime milk. Huanrui MI, XBR, SSR, LSR heating cables are supplied, total heating cable length 23,850 meters, 430 circuits, total power 596.25 KW.
