Project Overview

Gansu Investment Changle Power Plant is a major energy project listed in Gansu Province. It is located in Guazhou County, Jiuquan City. It is the largest peak-regulating thermal power project in Northwest China and the first million-kilowatt thermal power plant in Gansu Province. As of February 2025, Units 1 to 4 have all been put into operation, and Units 5 and 6 are expected to be completed and commissioned by the end of 2025.
