Yunnan Tongwei High-purity Crystalline Silicon Co., Ltd. was founded on April 16, 2020. It is located in Changning Sub-park, Baoshan Industrial and Trade Park, Yunnan Province. As a high-tech enterprise under Tongwei Co., Ltd., it specializes in the R&D and production of high-purity crystalline silicon. On May 1, 2024, the Phase II 200,000 tons/year high-purity crystalline silicon project was put into operation. The annual production capacity rose to 650,000 tons, making it the world’s largest single-site production base for high-purity crystalline silicon.
