Benchmarked against international mainstream technologies, PSR is a general low-temperature self-regulating heating cable tailored for basic industrial heat tracing. It maintains a continuous operating temperature of 85°C and withstands transient temperature up to 135°C.

Integrally extruded with parallel bus wires and semiconductive heating matrix, it features PTC characteristics. The cable automatically adjusts power output along its length, boosting heat output at low temperature and reducing power at high temperature. No thermostat is required for regular use, and no overheating or burnout occurs even under overlapping installation. Multiple sheath options suit ordinary, corrosive and hazardous environments, delivering outstanding versatility and cost efficiency.

Application

It serves freeze protection and basic process temperature control for facilities with moderate and low heat loss:

  • Freezing prevention and thermal maintenance for factory pipelines, storage tanks, valves and flanges
  • All-weather heat tracing for outdoor overhead pipelines and utility lines
  • Standard application in non-hazardous areas; fluoropolymer sheath version applicable to corrosive and explosive zones
