The HPC self-regulating heating cable is a high-end model developed by Huanrui specifically for ultra-high-temperature industrial working conditions. It features a maximum maintenance temperature of 210°C and a maximum exposure temperature of 260°C. Constructed with a special high-temperature PTC core and an all-fluoropolymer structure, it delivers exceptional high-temperature stability, minimal heat attenuation, and a long service life. Engineered for harsh high-temperature, heavy-load, and highly corrosive environments, it is the ideal choice for industrial ultra-high-temperature heat tracing applications.

Application

Widely used for freeze protection and temperature maintenance on 210°C-grade process pipelines, storage tanks, valves, flanges, and special equipment. It is especially suitable for high-power, highly corrosive, and high-temperature combined working conditions. Common applications include oil refining, chemical, fine chemical, oil and gas transportation, steam tracing, high-temperature storage tanks, pressure vessels, kiln surroundings, heat treatment equipment, and hazardous area heating projects.
