Project Overview

Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The Yulong Island Integrated Refining & Chemical Project is a core project in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Shandong Province, with a total investment of over RMB 100 billion. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I mainly includes a 20 million tons/year refining unit, alongside multiple chemical production facilities such as a 3 million tons/year ethylene unit and a 3 million tons/year mixed xylene unit. It aims to build an integrated “Refining & Petrochemical – New Materials” industrial chain, boost structural optimization, transformation and upgrading of Shandong’s chemical industry, realize the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones and accelerate high-quality development.
