Gansu Power Investment Changle Power Plant is a major energy project in Gansu Province, located in Guazhou County, Jiuquan City. It is the largest peak shaving thermal power project in northwest China and the first million kilowatt level thermal power plant in Gansu Province.As of February 2025, all units 1 to 4 have been put into operation, and units 5 and 6 are expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025.
