Designed exclusively for heat tracing protection of domestic hot water systems, HWSR complies with technical criteria of international mainstream heating cables. Developed based on proven PTC self-regulating principle, it adopts integrally extruded structure with semiconductive heating matrix embedded between parallel bus wires. The cable senses ambient temperature along its full length and adjusts heat output dynamically. Featuring inherent overheating suppression performance, it remains intact even under overlapping installation. It can be cut to required lengths on site with superior energy efficiency. Both conductive core and insulating sheath are processed via irradiation cross-linking modification, enhancing heat resistance and securing stable physical structure and electrical parameters during long-term service.
Application
It delivers freeze protection and constant temperature maintenance for hot water pipelines in residential and commercial buildings. Low-power operation effectively prevents pipe cracking and blockage caused by low temperature, ensuring steady water supply. It is widely applicable to indoor water supply and drainage pipelines, centralized hot water piping and water delivery pipes in kitchens and bathrooms.
