MSR plug-and-play self-regulating heating cable kit is dedicated to pipe freeze protection and temperature maintenance. Adopting the mature PTC positive temperature coefficient semiconductive heating matrix structure and integrated pre-assembled plug forming technology, the MSR heating cable kit effectively prevents pipes from cracking and leaking, and completely solves the inconvenience caused by frozen pipelines. Equipped with food-grade non-toxic protective outer jacket, it has multiple advantages of energy-saving operation, weather resistance, stability, safety and environmental protection, and is a standardized complete solution for light-duty pipe freeze protection.

Application

It is designed for light-duty heat tracing working conditions in residential decoration and commercial buildings. It is mainly used for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of small-diameter process pipelines, small storage tanks, valves and flanges, which can thoroughly eliminate failures such as pipeline freezing, cracking and leakage in low-temperature environments. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it adopts UV-resistant, anti-aging and drinking-water-grade safe materials, and can be applied to special scenarios such as water supply and drainage pipelines and domestic water purification pipelines.

  • Plug-and-play with easy installation: Factory pre-assembled with standard power plug. No junction box or professional electrician is required for quick DIY installation, suitable for household and commercial scenarios.
  • Intelligent self-regulation for energy saving: Relying on the core characteristics of PTC self-regulating performance, it automatically increases power at low temperature and reduces load at high temperature. It generates heat on demand to achieve lower energy consumption during long-term operation.
  • High safety performance: With inherent overheat suppression function, it operates stably when laid in overlapping manner, without risks of local overheating and burnout, and delivers high operational reliability.
  • Dual jackets for full-range application: Thermoplastic and fluoropolymer outer jackets are optional. The fluoropolymer jacket is non-toxic and eco-friendly for drinking water pipelines, and features UV resistance to adapt to indoor and outdoor working conditions.
