TC200/300 (40 A, 220 V) is an on-site intelligent thermostat that delivers accurate and reliable temperature control for heat tracing systems. It supports local installation, display and control, and enables remote monitoring. This intelligent temperature controller can monitor temperature, current and voltage and is equipped with a full set of alarm functions.

Alarm Functions
High temperature alarm, low temperature alarm, overvoltage alarm, undervoltage alarm, overcurrent alarm, undercurrent alarm, differential value setting.
Temperature alarm: The device triggers an alarm when the temperature exceeds the preset upper limit or falls below the preset lower limit.
Voltage alarm: The device triggers an alarm when the voltage exceeds the preset maximum value or falls below the preset minimum value.
Current alarm: The device triggers an alarm when the current exceeds the preset maximum value or falls below the preset minimum value.
Differential setting function: Adjustable differential values for temperature alarm, voltage alarm, current alarm and setpoint hysteresis.

Gas explosion protection (Ex db IIC T6 Gb): Suitable for Zone 1 / Zone 2. Applicable for highly dangerous gases (such as hydrogen, acetylene) with low surface temperature class T6.
Dust explosion protection (Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db): Suitable for Zone 21 / Zone 22, designed for conductive dust, surface temperature limit 80°C.
