DN100‑DN250 pipes, maintain temperature 40℃ for fresh acid, sulfuric acid and spent acid. Huanrui RDP2 heating cables, total length 6,500 m, 141 circuits, total power 195 KW.

Anhui Huanrui Heating Manufacturing Co., Ltd. undertook the electric heat tracing renovation project replacing steam tracing equipment in the gasification workshop of Sinochem Jilin Changshan Chemical. Covering aerospace unit, gasification workshop, urea workshop and flare stack, MI mineral-insulated heating cables and RDC1 heating cables were adopted. Total heating cable length reaches 31,699 meters, realizing multi-temperature maintenance for pipelines carrying coal gas, hydrogen, water, steam and urea for freeze protection & process heat preservation.

Whole-plant pipeline heat tracing for Longyou Petrochemical’s 5.5MT heavy oil catalytic pyrolysis project and 0.95MT polyolefin project. DN15-DN300 pipelines, maintenance temperature 5℃-95℃ for water and chemical media. Equipped with Huanrui DBR, ZBR, RDC1, RDP2 heating cables, total length 56,650m, 800 circuits, total power 1814KW.

Electric heat tracing procurement project for PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical 150,000 TPY white oil hydrogenation unit and storage tanks. Tank size 11.4m × 11.88m, maintain temperature 25℃ for white oil medium. Adopts Huanrui RDC heating cables, total length 9,000m, 18 circuits, total power 180KW.

Long‑term electric heat tracing for public pipe gallery of national Ningdong Energy & Chemical Industry Base. Covering overground pipe rack, water supply, drainage and sewage pipelines. DN50‑DN600, maintain 6℃‑20℃ for water and chemical media. Huanrui DBR, LSR, RDC1 heating cables, total length 644,050m, 1192 circuits, total power 10264KW.

The electric heat tracing project covers process pipelines, instruments and equipment of the 300,000 tons/year vehicle LNG production line of Shaanxi Jingbian Xingyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. located in Jingbian, Shaanxi, with cooperation commenced on Oct 09, 2021. Huanrui DBR, GBR self-regulating heating cables and MI mineral-insulated heating cables were adopted. Total heating cable length reaches 7,138 meters with 168 circuits and total power of 193.7 KW. The maintained temperature is 5–15℃, ensuring stable operation of pipelines carrying natural gas, water and derived products under low-temperature conditions for freeze protection of LNG process pipelines.

Electric heat tracing for LNG completion and supplementary project of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group. Applied for natural gas pipelines and equipment, DN15‑DN200, maintain temperature 5℃ & 15℃ for amine solution and natural gas. Equipped with Huanrui DBR, SSR and MI heating cables, total length 9,340 meters, 126 circuits, total power 260 KW.

Electric heat tracing for government gas reserve and peak shaving LNG project in Guide and Gonghe County. Applied on LNG storage tanks and DN250 natural gas pipelines, maintaining constant temperature at 15℃. Adopts Huanrui ZBR self-regulating heating cables, total length 13,000m, 210 circuits, total power 585KW, ensuring stable gas storage and peak shaving operation.

Electric trace heating project for Hohhot Metro Line 2 Phase I. Full-line water pipeline freeze protection with DN20‑DN50 pipe size, maintained temperature 5℃. Adopts Huanrui TXLP/2R heating cables with total length of 8,000 meters, ensuring stable operation of metro water pipelines in cold northern regions.

Electric trace heating project for combined garage of Jinan Metro Line R2 in Shandong. DN65 water pipelines with maintained temperature of 5℃ for freeze protection. Huanrui DBR self-regulating heating cables are used, total heating cable length 800 meters, 13 circuits, total power 9.6 KW.

Electric trace heating project for Putian Depot of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 8 Phase I in Henan. It serves fire pipelines in multiple workshops and substations with DN25–DN100 water pipes and maintained temperature of 5℃. Huanrui TXLP/2 heating cables are adopted, total heating cable length 16,019 meters, 110 circuits, total power 260 KW for freeze protection of rail transit fire pipe network.

Electric trace heating project for CRH380B cold-resistant EMU, 350 km/h Fuxing intelligent EMU and CR450 high-speed intelligent EMU of CRRC Group. Heat tracing covers on-board chilled water systems, vacuum toilet systems and electric heating drainage guide sleeves. Huanrui LSR heating cables with total length of 50,000 meters are used. The solution addresses freezing, brittle cracking and performance degradation under wide temperature variation for high-speed trains.
