Its business scope covers railway rolling stock, EMUs, urban rail transit vehicles and other products.

Projects: CRH380B Cold-resistant EMU, 350 km/h Fuxing Intelligent EMU, CR450 High-speed Intelligent EMU Heat tracing areas: On-board chilled water system (chilled water tank, chilled water pipeline), vacuum toilet system, electric heating drainage guide sleeves and other components.

Solution

High-speed trains operate across regions with large temperature differences, which impose extremely high requirements on the weather resistance, stability and safety of electric trace heating cables. By upgrading electric trace heating materials, reinforcing the system and optimizing the structure, we solve core problems including freezing, brittle cracking and performance degradation caused by wide temperature variation during operation.
