Electric trace heating for urea hydrolysis ammonia production system of SCR denitrification unit for Henan Nengxin Thermal Power 2×350MW equal-capacity replacement thermal power project, EPC by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute. It serves thermal control system, water supply system, hydrolyzer skid, urea zone and SCR zone. Pipe specification Φ16 ~ DN450, maintained temperature 5℃ ~ 10℃ for water, steam and lime milk. Huanrui MI, XBR, SSR, LSR heating cables are supplied, total heating cable length 23,850 meters, 430 circuits, total power 596.25 KW.

Electric trace heating project for pipelines and equipment of Angang Steel Company Limited, covering all pipelines and equipment requiring freeze protection and temperature maintenance. Cable selection and configuration are customized according to process requirements and cable performance, adopting self-regulating and constant-wattage heating cables. Huanrui DBR series and RDP series heating cables are applied, total heating cable length reaches 465,000 meters for metallurgical plant thermal preservation.

Design and supply of electric trace heating system for newly-built 300,000 m³ POC type blast furnace gas holder EPC project of Shanxi Jingang Intelligent Manufacturing. Applied on 186m oil trough and 6 oil tanks with 0.6m-wide oil trough, maintained temperature at 5℃ for piston sealing oil. Snow and ice melting trace heating system project for roof gutter of East Distribution Station Building at Urumqi Tianshan International Airport. Project covers design and supply, cooperation date July 31, 2020. Huanrui RDC1 heating cables are adopted, total heating cable length 10,450 meters, 16 circuits, total power 313 KW. The system removes snow and ice on roof gutter, ensuring safe drainage of airport buildings in severe cold regions.

Adopts Huanrui TXLP/2 heating cables with total length of 9,682.7 meters, 12 circuits and total power of 180 KW, effectively eliminating roof snow and ice accumulation and ensuring safe drainage operation of large sports buildings in winter.

Electric trace heating for fire pipelines of G3011 Altun Mountains high-altitude tunnel, a key plateau expressway project in Gansu. Suitable for DN50–DN150 water fire pipelines with 5℃ constant anti-freezing temperature. Equipped with Huanrui DBR heating cables, total length 33,000 meters, 336 circuits, total power 495 KW, preventing pipeline freezing and ensuring reliable fire water supply for extreme cold high-altitude tunnel operation.
