Electric heat tracing solution for PetroChina Changqing Oilfield. Huanrui DBR & ZBR self‑regulating heating cables with total length of 1,220,000 meters, providing freeze protection and thermal insulation for pipelines, tanks and equipment for new‑build, technical revamp and maintenance projects.

The electric heat tracing project covers process pipelines, instruments and equipment of the 300,000 tons/year vehicle LNG production line of Shaanxi Jingbian Xingyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. located in Jingbian, Shaanxi, with cooperation commenced on Oct 09, 2021. Huanrui DBR, GBR self-regulating heating cables and MI mineral-insulated heating cables were adopted. Total heating cable length reaches 7,138 meters with 168 circuits and total power of 193.7 KW. The maintained temperature is 5–15℃, ensuring stable operation of pipelines carrying natural gas, water and derived products under low-temperature conditions for freeze protection of LNG process pipelines.

Electric heat tracing for LNG completion and supplementary project of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group. Applied for natural gas pipelines and equipment, DN15‑DN200, maintain temperature 5℃ & 15℃ for amine solution and natural gas. Equipped with Huanrui DBR, SSR and MI heating cables, total length 9,340 meters, 126 circuits, total power 260 KW.

Electric heat tracing for government gas reserve and peak shaving LNG project in Guide and Gonghe County. Applied on LNG storage tanks and DN250 natural gas pipelines, maintaining constant temperature at 15℃. Adopts Huanrui ZBR self-regulating heating cables, total length 13,000m, 210 circuits, total power 585KW, ensuring stable gas storage and peak shaving operation.
