Project Overview

Shengli Oilfield is a major petroleum industrial base in China. It collectively refers to Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau Co., Ltd. of Sinopec Group, Shengli Oilfield Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and Shengli Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. of Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation. Its main businesses cover oil and gas exploration & development, petroleum engineering technical services, surface engineering construction, deep processing of oil and gas, as well as mining area services and coordination. The oilfield was discovered and developed on the basis of geological surveys and petroleum exploration carried out in North China in the 1950s.

Electric Trace Heating Scope

Freeze protection and thermal insulation for pipelines, storage tanks and equipment involved in new construction, technical renovation, maintenance and repair works of all subsidiaries, secondary units, design institutes and other affiliated institutions under Shengli Oilfield.

Heat Tracing Solution

Electric trace heating is deployed for pipelines throughout oil production and refining processes, including process pipelines, crude oil pipelines, water pipelines and other equipment requiring heat tracing. Appropriate electric trace heating products are selected and applied in strict compliance with process temperature requirements.
